Full day of vegan baking instruction, decorating sugar cookies, cupcakes and cakes and an in depth look into vegan substitutions, the science behind vegan baking, how to take great photos of your work and so much more!
You will take home a new spectrum of knowledge about vegan baking, plus the flakiest pie crust dough, sugar cookies decorated in a variety of techniques, cupcakes and a full cake!
Lunch, snacks and drinks are provided. Day starts at 10am, end at 5pm. Lunch is from 12-1. All provided food is vegan. You will also be gifted a custom apron and GIR spatula!
